Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing voluntary contributions, donations, and event registrations made to SilentCare Foundation.
Voluntary Donations
Donations made to SilentCare Foundation are voluntary charitable contributions used directly to support free hearing screening camps, subsidized hearing aid distribution, and speech therapy for underprivileged beneficiaries. As such, donations are generally non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate electronic bank transfers or technical errors.
Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
If a donor experiences an accidental duplicate transaction, please contact our administrative team within 7 working days with proof of transfer. Valid duplicate transaction claims will be investigated and refunded within 14 working days.
Event & Workshop Cancellations
If a community training workshop or partner event hosted by SilentCare Foundation is rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified via email or phone.
